Nachos Dinner
- 1 lb ground beef
- 14 cup diced onion
- 14 cup diced green pepper
- 1 pint taco sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
- 10 34 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix
- salt, to taste
- 2 cups Velveeta cheese or 2 cups cheddar cheese
- tortilla chips
- lettuce
- chopped tomato
- sour cream
- Brown ground beef, onions, and green peppers in saucepan.
- Drain.
- Combine all ingredients except tortilla chips, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream in slow cooker.
- Cover.
- Cook on High 1 hour, stirring occasionally until cheese is fully melted.
- Pour into serving bowl and serve immediately with tortilla chips, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream, or turn to Low to keep warm and serve from cooker.
