Ham, Thyme and Artichoke Frittata
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 250g tub PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup cream
- 200g quality leg ham, sliced
- 340g jar marinated artichoke hearts, halved
- 2 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 cup fresh soft breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Whisk eggs with Philly* and cream.
- Fold through the ham, artichokes and half quantity of the thyme.
- In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan and remaining thyme.
- Pour egg mixture into a hot greased 20cm frypan.
- Cover and cook over low heat until just set.
- Top with breadcrumb mix and grill under high heat until brown.
- Serve with salad greens.
