Ham, Thyme and Artichoke Frittata

  1. Whisk eggs with Philly* and cream.
  2. Fold through the ham, artichokes and half quantity of the thyme.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan and remaining thyme.
  4. Pour egg mixture into a hot greased 20cm frypan.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat until just set.
  6. Top with breadcrumb mix and grill under high heat until brown.
  7. Serve with salad greens.
