Hamburger Pickle Slices

  1. Slice cucumbers to desired thickness, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Rinse.
  3. Mix all ingredients in airtight container in refrigerator for one week.
  4. Enjoy.
  5. *can wrap Dill Weed in cheesecloth if desired*
  6. Be sure to give it a taste test occasionally, and adjust accordingly.
