Hamburger Pickle Slices
- 3 cup Water
- 1 cup Vinager
- 1/4 cup Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 4 Peppercorns, whole
- 2 tbsp Dill Weed
- 4 to 6 Cucumbers
- Slice cucumbers to desired thickness, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Rinse.
- Mix all ingredients in airtight container in refrigerator for one week.
- Enjoy.
- *can wrap Dill Weed in cheesecloth if desired*
- Be sure to give it a taste test occasionally, and adjust accordingly.
