Jalapeno Paprika

  1. Prep the peppers by removing the stems, pith, and seeds.
  2. I usually use a spoon for the pith and seeds.
  3. Quarter the peppers lengthwise and place them in the food dehydrator.
  4. If you just cut the peppers in half like I did, the peppers will curl up and take longer to dry.
  5. Once the peppers become brittle dry, usually takes a little more than a day, place them in your food processor and process into a fine powder.
  6. Bottle the jalapeno powder up and you are ready to use.
  7. I use this in my "Dee's Nutz" recipe.
