Ground Chicken and Tofu Cheese Karaage

  1. Line a plate with a paper towel, then microwave for 1 minute on each side to evaporate the moisture.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a bowl, then knead with your hands.
  3. Once the meat has been kneaded, roll into bite-sized balls.
  4. Heat oil to 180C in a frying pan.
  5. Add the chicken balls into the oil, reduce the heat to medium-low, and gently fry until golden brown.
  6. Once the chicken is lightly browned, lift up.
  7. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle cheese and parsley on top to taste to finish!
