Country Dogs
- 1 ear corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Angus Beef Franks
- 1 plum tomato, seeded, diced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup diced red onion (about 1/2 small onion)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. diced seeded jalapeno pepper (about 1/2 pepper)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 4 hot dog buns
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Rub corn with oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Grill corn 7 min.
- or until the ear is lightly browned, turning occasionally; remove from grill and cool.
- Meanwhile, grill franks 7 to 9 min.
- or until heated through, turning occasionally.
- With your knife, slice the kernels from the cob.
- Add corn kernels to bowl along with tomatoes, onion, basil, jalapeno, lime juice and dressing and toss well.
- Fill buns with franks; top with corn mixture.
