Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  2. Cover with water to prevent discoloration.
  3. Drain before assembling.
  4. Butter a casserole dish.
  5. Layer potatoes and cheeses ending with cheeses.
  6. Mix the milk, egg and spices.
  7. Pour over the potatoes.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees farenheit for 30-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
