Apple Glazed Carrots Recipe

  1. Place carrots and apple juice in medium nonstick skillet.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 7 to 9 min or possibly till carrots are crisp-tender.
  4. Uncover; cook over medium heat till liquid evaporates.
  5. Stir in jelly and mustard; cook and stir over medium heat till jelly melts and carrots are glazed.
