Baked Yogurt Kanten Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 360F/180C.
  2. Wash the apple and take off the stem and cut into suitable size.
  3. Put the chopped apple and yogurt into the blender.
  4. Switch on to make juice.
  5. Add skim milk and lemon juice and keep blending.
  6. Add the powdered kanten and mix for about 3 seconds.
  7. Pour the mixture into the mold.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes at 360F/180C.
  9. When baked, let it cool in the mold.
  10. When it has cooled enough, chill it in the fridge.
  11. Cut the cake into a suitable size and enjoy the sweets.
