Baked Yogurt Kanten Cake
- 1 Apple
- 250 grams Plain yogurt
- 50 grams Skim milk
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 grams Powdered kanten
- Preheat the oven to 360F/180C.
- Wash the apple and take off the stem and cut into suitable size.
- Put the chopped apple and yogurt into the blender.
- Switch on to make juice.
- Add skim milk and lemon juice and keep blending.
- Add the powdered kanten and mix for about 3 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into the mold.
- Bake for about 30 minutes at 360F/180C.
- When baked, let it cool in the mold.
- When it has cooled enough, chill it in the fridge.
- Cut the cake into a suitable size and enjoy the sweets.
