Strawberry grahm cake
- 250 grams graham crakers
- 2 packages all purpose cream
- 250 grams powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 250 grams fresh strawberry
- For the filling: put the cream on the freezer for an hour.
- In a bowl, beat the cream and vanilla using a hand mixer, when soften, add the powdered sugar.
- Layer the graham cracker and fill it with the cream mixture and slices of fresh strawberry
- Cook the remaining strawberry in a pan.
- Add water and a dash of sugar until soften.
- You can top it with chocolate ganache ar ice cream.
- If you dont want strawberry you can use any kind of fruit that you like.
