Strawberry grahm cake

  1. For the filling: put the cream on the freezer for an hour.
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream and vanilla using a hand mixer, when soften, add the powdered sugar.
  3. Layer the graham cracker and fill it with the cream mixture and slices of fresh strawberry
  4. Cook the remaining strawberry in a pan.
  5. Add water and a dash of sugar until soften.
  6. You can top it with chocolate ganache ar ice cream.
  7. If you dont want strawberry you can use any kind of fruit that you like.
