Tortilla Pizza

  2. Preheat oven to 450 F.

  4. Place tortilla on a baking sheet and brush with oil.
  5. Top with all remaining ingredients except the basil.

  7. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until tortilla is crisp and cheese is melted.

  9. Sprinkle with basil.
  10. Note: You may use 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, cut in half as well.
