Tortilla Pizza
- 1 Large Flour Tortilla (any Flavor)
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 2 Small Tomatoes, Sliced
- 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 4 Fresh Basil Leaves, Sliced
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- 2.
- Place tortilla on a baking sheet and brush with oil.
- Top with all remaining ingredients except the basil.
- 3.
- Bake 8-10 minutes, or until tortilla is crisp and cheese is melted.
- 4.
- Sprinkle with basil.
- Note: You may use 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, cut in half as well.
