Mac & Cheese Casserole
- 16 oz penne rigate noodles
- 1 lb velveta cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lb thick cut bacon
- 1 packages sausage
- 1 can sweet hole cernal corn ( optional )
- 1/2 large onion
- 1 packages shredded cheese of your choice
- dice onion to desired size
- mince clove of garlic
- slice sausage and place both onion and garlic in a 12" skillet to caramelize onions and cook the sausage
- thinly slice Bacon and cook in a 10" skillet to cook beside to drain the greece
- in a large sauce pan boil penne rigate noodles until done.
- melt velveta cheese in sauce pan with milk to keep creamy to desired thickness ( remember it will thicken up after baking )
- preheat oven to 425f
- mix all ingredients together in the large platter and sprinkle shredded cheese on top of it
- place in oven for 5-10 minutes let set for 1-2 minutes
