Mac & Cheese Casserole

  1. dice onion to desired size
  2. mince clove of garlic
  3. slice sausage and place both onion and garlic in a 12" skillet to caramelize onions and cook the sausage
  4. thinly slice Bacon and cook in a 10" skillet to cook beside to drain the greece
  5. in a large sauce pan boil penne rigate noodles until done.
  6. melt velveta cheese in sauce pan with milk to keep creamy to desired thickness ( remember it will thicken up after baking )
  7. preheat oven to 425f
  8. mix all ingredients together in the large platter and sprinkle shredded cheese on top of it
  9. place in oven for 5-10 minutes let set for 1-2 minutes

penne rigate noodles, velveta cheese, clove garlic, bacon, sausage, corn, onion, shredded cheese
