Herb & Dijon Seafood Stuffing

  1. Saute celery and garlic in butter in large skillet until tender.
  2. Add shrimp, parsley, mustard, lemon juice and dill weed; mix well.
  3. Add crushed crackers; mix lightly.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use.
