Herb & Dijon Seafood Stuffing
- 2 cups celery, finely chopped
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 2 cups Unsalted butter
- 2 cups Cooked salad shrimp Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups Fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. dill weed
- 3 qt. RITZ Crackers, crushed
- Saute celery and garlic in butter in large skillet until tender.
- Add shrimp, parsley, mustard, lemon juice and dill weed; mix well.
- Add crushed crackers; mix lightly.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
