Stamina Building Pork Stir-fry - A Light Vinegar Sauce to Combat Summer Fatigue

  1. Combine the flavoring ingredients.
  2. Cut the pork into easy to eat pieces and put in a bowl.
  3. Add sake, sugar and salt, work it well with your hands, and leave for a while.
