Stamina Building Pork Stir-fry - A Light Vinegar Sauce to Combat Summer Fatigue
- 400 grams Thinly sliced pork (loin coarsley chopped offcuts, etc)
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 as much (to taste) Lettuce, cabbage etc.
- 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
- 1/8 tsp Grated garlic
- Combine the flavoring ingredients.
- Cut the pork into easy to eat pieces and put in a bowl.
- Add sake, sugar and salt, work it well with your hands, and leave for a while.
- (This is to tenderize the meat.)
- Add katakuriko to the pork and mix.
- Put vegetable oil in a heated pan, and stir fry the pork while separating the pieces.
- When the pork is cooked, add the combined flavoring ingredients from step 1 and mix well.
- When the sauce has thickened, turn off the heat.
- Arrange on a serving plate with shredded lettuce or cabbage.
- Add onions to increase its fatigue-combatting qualities!
