tinklee's stuffed rolls

  1. on 2 cookie sheets cover with plastic wrap then a sheet of waxed paper, spray with non stick cooking spray, place frozen rolls 12 to each cookie sheet, spray the tops of the rolls with non stick cooking spray, cover rolls with plastic that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray, this is so rolls will not stick to anything, cover good, let rise for 3hours
  2. brown hamburger(do not drain fat yet) add water and taco seasoning over med heat, water should about disappear, drain fat now( there is grease in seasoning this is y to wait until after adding it before draining) return to pan, turn off heat and set aside for now
  3. preheat oven to 350*F, take a hold of your waxed paper that rolls r sitting on and carefully lift off of cookie sheet (if u have an other cookie tray just use it instead if u would like) spray cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray, take one roll bottom side up in palm of your hand, stretch out to about a 4" circle, make sure not to get dough to thin, place about 1/4 cup of taco meat in center, then about the same amount of cheese, take sides and bring to the middle to seal, make sure the taco filling does not touch the edges it does not seal right then, pinch into the center to seal sides together, make sure u do not stretch dough to thin, place sealed side down on greased cookie sheet, do the same with other cookie sheet,
  4. bake in oven for 12-17mins checking the bottoms they should b a little darker than golden brown, so they don't over bake, tops should b golden brown(my sisters oven heats to fast on the bottom so when the bottom is done she then browns the tops under the broiler to finish the tops, just a tip for ovens that do not heat right)
  5. serve with salsa, sour cream, gucamole and enjoy

ground hamburger, taco, water
