Grilled New Potatoes

  1. Light the grill or heat the oven to 375.
  2. Put the potatoes in a large saucepan of salted water.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain and toss with the oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Grill the potatoes, turning occasionally, until tender, 12 to 15 minutes.
  6. Alternatively, put them in a roasting pan and bake, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 15 minutes.
