Cranberry orange vinaigrette

  1. In a medium sauce pan bring cranberries onion sage and orange juice to a boil.
  2. Boil for 7 to 8 minutes
  3. Remove cranberry mixture from heat.
  4. Add honey, salt, vinegar, pepper, mustard and olive oil to blender.
  5. Add in cranberry mixture, puree refrigerate and serve.
