Cranberry orange vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup cranberries sliced in half
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey dijon mustard
- 1 pinch rubbed sage
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 medium yellow onion diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- In a medium sauce pan bring cranberries onion sage and orange juice to a boil.
- Boil for 7 to 8 minutes
- Remove cranberry mixture from heat.
- Add honey, salt, vinegar, pepper, mustard and olive oil to blender.
- Add in cranberry mixture, puree refrigerate and serve.
