Stuffed Burger Bundles

  1. Mix stuffing, celery and onion.
  2. Add water to moisten.
  3. Combine evaporated milk and ground beef.
  4. Divide into 5 patties.
  5. Pat each to 6 inch circle.
  6. Put 1/4 cup (60 ml) stuffing in center of each.
  7. Draw meat over stuffing; seal.
  8. Place in 1-1/2 quarts (1425 ml) casserole.
  9. Combine soup, Worcestershire sauce and catsup.
  10. Heat and pour over meat.
  11. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 45 minutes.
