Crab Pasta Salad
- 1 pound Bow tie pasta
- 1/2 pound Crab meat
- 2 stalks Celery, finely diced
- 1 bunch Green onions, finely diced
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 TBSP Ranch dry seasoning mix
- 1 TBSP grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
- 2 or 3 drops hot sauce
- TBSP = tablespoon // tsp = teaspoon
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Drain and cool but do not rinse.
- Mix dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in pasta and remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
- Pasta salad can be made a day or so in advance.
- But add 1 more tablespoon of mayonnaise and stir to freshen it up before service.
