BAKER'S Bacon Fudge

  1. Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  2. Bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk to full rolling boil in large saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. A rolling boil does not stop bubbling when stirring.
  4. Cook and stir 4 min.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add chocolate and marshmallow creme; stir until melted.
  7. Stir in bacon and vanilla.
  8. Pour into prepared pan; spread to cover bottom of pan.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into 40 pieces.
