Macrobiotic Rice Flour and Walnut Brownies
- 65 grams Rice flour
- 45 grams Almond flour
- 15 grams Cocoa powder
- 30 grams Beet sugar
- 10 grams Tapioca powder
- 30 grams Canola oil
- 100 ml 100% fruit juice (apple or mixed fruits)
- 2 grams Baking soda
- 20 grams Carob chips
- 50 grams Walnuts
- Measure out the ingredients and put them into a bowl.
- Mix the ingredients and combine with the ingredients.
- Mix everything together.
- Then add the roughly crushed walnuts and carob chips.
- Mix some more.
- Pour into the tart pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 170C.
- Cover with aluminum foil and let it cool down slightly.
- Done!
