Chive & Onion Chicken and Rice
- 2 packages Chive And Onion Cream Cheese (not Whipped)
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter
- 1- 1/2 cup Cooked Chicken, Cubed
- 3 cups Prepared Rice (1 Cup Uncooked)
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 12 slices Bacon, Crisply Cooked
- Start your rice cooking on a back burner.
- In the meantime, melt the cream cheese and butter together in a large frying pan over low heat, stirring often.
- Add in the chicken and heat through.
- When the rice is done cooking, add it to the sauce.
- Add a little bit of milk to make the mixture a bit saucy, not too runny or too thick.
- Serve topped with crumbled bacon.
