Chive & Onion Chicken and Rice

  1. Start your rice cooking on a back burner.
  2. In the meantime, melt the cream cheese and butter together in a large frying pan over low heat, stirring often.
  3. Add in the chicken and heat through.
  4. When the rice is done cooking, add it to the sauce.
  5. Add a little bit of milk to make the mixture a bit saucy, not too runny or too thick.
  6. Serve topped with crumbled bacon.
