Triple Layer Brownies Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat 1 c. of chocolate chips; set aside.
  3. Heat butterscotch chips; set aside.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, and salt; set aside.
  5. In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, and vanilla.
  6. Beat till creamy.
  7. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well with each addition.
  8. Blend in flour mix.
  9. Stir in nuts.
  10. Divide batter in half.
  11. Blend melted chocolate chips into first half.
  12. Spread in well greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
  13. Blend butterscotch chips in second half of batter.
  14. Spread proportionately over chocolate layer.
  15. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
  16. Remove from oven.
  17. Sprinkle remaining 1 c. chocolate chips proportionately over top of brownies.
  18. Let morsels set about 5 min till soft; spread proportionately on top of brownies.
