Mac is Back Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Heat oven to 350*.
  2. In medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, add onion.
  3. Cook 2 minutes.
  4. add flour, cook stirring constantly for one minute.
  5. Stir in milk and seasonings, cook stirring frequently until mixture boils and thickens.
  6. Stir cheeses into sauce.
  7. cook elbows according to package directions, drain.
  8. in a 2 quart baking dish, stir together pasta and cheese sauce.
  9. bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
