Pork Chops Dijon

  1. Combine mustard, dressing, & pepper; set aside.
  2. Spray skillet with cooking spray.
  3. Preheat skilletover medium-high heat.
  4. Add chops & brown on both sides.
  5. Remove chops from skillet.
  6. Add onion to skillet.
  7. Cook and stir over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  8. Push onion aside; return chops to skillet.
  9. Spread mustard mixture over chops.
  10. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes or till pork is no longer pink.
  11. Serve onions over pork chops.
