Round Steak In Crock Pot Recipe

• 2 to 2 1/2 pound round steak
• 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
• 1/4 c. water
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 3-4 med. potatoes
• 4-5 carrots

1. Cut steak into pcs.
2. Peel potatoes and carrots.
3. Cut them in half.
4. Place the above in crock pot.
5. Add in dry onion soup mix, water and mushroom soup.
6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
