Egg Sausage Bake Recipe
- Plain pastry
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. brown and serve sausage, sliced
- 2 c. Monterey Jack or possibly Swiss cheese (or possibly 1 c. each)
- 2 ounce. Velveeta cheese in small pcs
- 6 to 8 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Prepare pastry.
- Roll out and place in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Put sliced sausage over crust.
- Sprinkle with cheeses.
- Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and seasonings.
- Pour over cheese and sausage.
- Bake 25 min.
