Easy Okara Cookies!

  1. Mix together all the ingredients and form bite-sized balls with your hands.
  2. Bake in an oven at 160C for 30 minutes.
  3. I changed the whole wheat flour to regular flour and the honey to 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  4. It's really crispy and chewy this way!
  5. Check the moisture and if needed, add about 1 tablespoon of milk.
  6. Or roll out thinly on a cutting board, cut with a knife, and bake.
