Easy Okara Cookies!
- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 60 grams Whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 30 grams Raisins
- 1/3 tsp Cinnamon
- Mix together all the ingredients and form bite-sized balls with your hands.
- Bake in an oven at 160C for 30 minutes.
- I changed the whole wheat flour to regular flour and the honey to 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- It's really crispy and chewy this way!
- Check the moisture and if needed, add about 1 tablespoon of milk.
- Or roll out thinly on a cutting board, cut with a knife, and bake.
