The Classic Cheesecake
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups sour cream
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a large bowl, and using an electric blender, beat cream cheese until creamy.
- Add eggs, vanilla and sugar.
- Add sour cream.
- Beat until combined.
- Pour into crust and bake about 40 - 50 minutes.
- Refridgerate for at least 5 hours.
