Ancho BBQ Chicken

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Microwave chocolate in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  3. ; stir until melted.
  4. Stir in barbecue sauce and pepper powder.
  5. Grill chicken 1 hour 15 min.
  6. or until done (165 degrees F), turning occasionally and brushing with 1/3 cup of the barbecue sauce mixture for the last 15 min.
  7. Stir water into remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
  8. Serve with chicken.
