Ancho BBQ Chicken
- 3 oz. BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ancho chile pepper powder
- 1 whole broiler-fryer chicken (4 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Microwave chocolate in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
- ; stir until melted.
- Stir in barbecue sauce and pepper powder.
- Grill chicken 1 hour 15 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F), turning occasionally and brushing with 1/3 cup of the barbecue sauce mixture for the last 15 min.
- Stir water into remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
- Serve with chicken.
