Scalloped Cabbage

  1. Chop

  5. cabbage
  6. just until crisp-tender; drain. To prepare cream sauce, melt margarine.
  7. Stir in flour until smooth and add
  8. milk.
  9. Cook
  10. over
  11. medium
  12. heat and stir until thick. Saute green pepper and onion in oil until tender. Place layer of cabbage
  13. in
  14. a
  15. lightly
  16. greased
  17. baking
  18. dish. Sprinkle with sauteed
  19. onion,
  20. pepper and grated cheese. Cover with cream sauce and bread crumbs.
  21. Bake about 10 minutes in a 350u0b0 oven.
