Mother's Japanese Fruit Cake Recipe

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Beat in whole Large eggs, add in lowfat milk and vanilla to dry ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add in fruits and nuts (rolled in small amount of flour).
  5. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees.
