Southwest Chicken Salad Panini
- 2 cups cooked chicken breasts, finely chopped
- 1 12 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons Miracle Whip light
- 2 tablespoons light ranch salad dressing
- 8 slices Italian bread
- 1 large tomatoes, cut into slices
- 4 slices Kraft processed cheese slices
- Heat panini grill to med-high heat.
- Mix chicken, chili powder, and dressings.
- Make sandwich with bread slices, chicken mixture, tomatoes, and singles.
- Grill 3-5 min or until singles are melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.
