Komatsuna Greens Stir-Fried with Garlic and Salt
- 1 bunch Komatsuna
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Red chili pepper (sliced)
- 1 heaping tablespoon Sake
- 1 generous amount Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 heaping teaspoon Natural salt
- Rinse the komatsuna and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Fry the sliced garlic in sesame oil.
- Add the sliced red chili pepper.
- Add komatsuna and drizzle with sake.
- Cover and steam.
- Once the komatsuna is tender, season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly stir.
- It's ready to serve.
- Enjoy the vibrant green color and the taste of fresh komatsuna.
