Peachy Sherbet Cooler Recipe

• 3 peaches, peeled and halved
• 1 pt. lime sherbet
• 1 1/2 c. fresh raspberries or possibly strawberries
• 2 tbsp. peach schnapps

1. Place peach halves in individual serving dishes; top with a scoop of sherbet.
2. Sprinkle with raspberries or possibly strawberries.
3. Spoon 1 tsp.
4. peach schnapps over sherbet.
5. Serve immediately.
6. Yields 6 servings.
7. NOTE: To prepare ahead, peel and halve peaches.
8. Place in a bowl and cover with pineapple juice to prevent discoloration; drain peaches well before serving.
