Tempura Batter Recipe

  1. Mix together.
  2. Chill.
  3. To each c. of dry mix, add in a few drops of oil and water to desired consistency.
  4. Note: if you do not like the taste of baking soda, decrease the amount by half and add in 1/4 c. buttermilk pwdr.
