Angel's Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
- 1 lrg field mushroom per person thickly slices of ripe tomato
- 1/4 tsp finely minced fresh Greek Oregano, plus
- 1/4 tsp finely minced fresh sage, mixed together.
- 1/4 c. grated tasty cheese
- 1/2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- Wipe mushroom caps clean with a clean cloth.
- don't peel.
- Preheat oven to 180:C (350:F) Place mushrooms onto an oven slide.
- cap side down.
- Sprinkle with the mixed minced herbs, then top with some of the grated cheese.
- a light sprinkle of Balsamic vinegar.
- Now place a slice of tomato, finally top off with the remaining cheese, light sprinkling Salt and Pepper.
- Place in preheated oven till m/rooms are tender when tested w/- a skewer (about 30 min).
