  1. In a pot fat side up place brisket
  2. Cover with water
  3. Bring to boil with lid on top
  4. Add salt and pepper after boiling for 30 minutes
  5. Let boil 1 hour more turn heat off let sit 2 and a half hours
  6. Take brisket out
  7. Remove fat
  8. Slice very thinly with very sharp knife
  9. Get 2 slices rye bread
  10. Put tablespoon of dressing on each slice
  11. Add beef
  12. Add cheese to bread add sauerkraut to meat
  13. Put together either toast in a pan or microwave 30 second
