Crockpot Beef in Mushroom Gravy
- 2 pounds stewing beef
- 10 1/2 ounces soup, cream of mushroom one can
- 12 ounces lemon-lime soda, sugar-free
- 1 1/4 ounces onion soup mix one envelope
- 1 medium onions chopped in chunks
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- Add the stewing beef, cream of mushroom soup, can of soda (Sprite or equiv.)
- and onion soup mix into a crockpot and stir.
- Cook on the low setting for 4 to 5 hours.

- Stir gently and add the fresh mushrooms.
- Set slow cooker temperature to high and cook for another hour.
- If desired you can use canned mushrooms.
- In that case add all ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
