Easy Chocolate Mallow Pie
- 2-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows, divided
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, cooled slightly
- Microwave 2 cups marshmallows and 2 Tbsp.
- milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec.
- ; stir.
- (Marshmallows will not be completely melted.)
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- or until cooled.
- Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP with whisk until blended.
- Stir in remaining marshmallows.
- Spoon into crust.
- Beat pudding mixes and 2 cups milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- or until well blended.
- (Mixture will be thick.)
- Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spoon over marshmallow mixture.
- Top with remaining COOL WHIP.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
