Green Eggs (Noodles) and Ham

  1. Saute onions in butter.
  2. Add spices, stir in wine to deglaze pan.
  3. Stir in horseradish, if using, .
  4. and stir in the pan with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Add the Parmesan, gently simmer while you cook the noodles.
  6. Cook and drain the noodles.
  7. Toss the noodles with the sauce, taste for seasonings, adjust if needed.
  8. Enjoy!
