Red Sauce Made with BOCA
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1-1/2 qt. onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bag Frozen BOCA Ground Burger, separated
- 2 qt. spaghetti sauce
- 1-1/4 qt. canned diced tomatoes, undrained
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add onions and garlic; saute 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Stir in crumbles; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Add pasta sauce and tomatoes; stir.
- Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
