Gram's Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

• 1/2 c. butter or possibly Crisco
• 1/2 c. peanut butter
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1 level teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Mix well.
2. Roll into balls.
3. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press with fork.
4. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 2 to 5 min.
5. Watch them, they bake very fast.
