Mike's Classic Grilled Vegetable Kebobs

  1. Start from here newer cooks!
  2. Be certain to purchase the most firm - freshest - most vibrant - vegetables you possibly can.
  3. Be incredibly choosy!
  4. That alone will seperate you from other cooks!
  5. Wash all vegetables and chop.
  6. Feed vegetables on scewers.
  7. Generously spray all vegetables with Pam Vegetable Spray or equivalent on all sides.
  8. Regular Olive Oil works as well.
  9. Add the desired amount of seasonings on all sides of vegetable scewers.
  10. Spray scewers with Pam Vegetable Spray again to seal the seasonings on.
  11. Grill on a low flame until you see the mushrooms are just starting to wilt about 8 minutes - But try for a slight char on the edges of your onions and peppers.
  12. Char = pure deliciousness!
  13. Sprinkle scewers once more with seasonings of your choosing before pulling them from your flames.
  14. Serve hot!
  15. Enjoy!
