Quick & Easy Nasi Goreng

  1. Thinly slice the onion and cut the bacon into thin strips.
  2. Grease the frying pan with a little oil and put it on high heat.
  3. Then add the mince meat, onion, bacon and half of the shrimps into the pan and stir-fry them.
  4. Season them with a little salt and pepper.
  5. Once the onion has become translucent, add the rice and continue to stir-fry it.
  6. Once the rice and other ingredients are thoroughly mixed together, pour in the ingredients and continue to mix and stir-fry.
  7. Add the rest of the shrimps and combine them into the mixture well.
  8. Add the rice to a bowl and top with a half-set fried egg to serve.
