Turkey Meatball Chili

  1. Using your hands, combine bread and milk until bread is moistened.
  2. Mix in egg white, turkey, ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper until thoroughly combined.
  3. Form into 24 small meatballs.
  4. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook meatballs until evenly browned.
  6. When almost done, add onion and saute until tender.
  7. Add flour, chili powder, cumin and oregano; saute for 1 minute.
  8. Add broth and tomatoes; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through.
  9. Add beans and heat through.
