Blue Cheese Quesadillas

  1. Place cream cheese, blue cheese and green onions in food processor container; cover.
  2. Process until well blended.
  3. Spread each tortilla with 2 Tbsp.
  4. of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over 5 of the tortillas; top with remaining tortillas, cream cheese sides down.
  6. Coat griddle or large skillet with cooking spray.
  7. Cook quesadillas 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  8. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
  9. Serve warm with Pear Apple Chutney.
