( Bread Mix ) Recipe

  1. I have my own homemade "best bread mix".
  2. After the initial mixing that only takes a few min, the rest is as easy as the store bought.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Stir together to distribute proportionately.
  5. Put in a large airtight container.
  6. Label.
  7. Store in a cold, dry place.
  8. Use within 6 to 8 months.
  9. Makes about 22 c. of mix.
