Lo Cal Chinese Chicken Recipe
- 2 to 3 boned chicken breasts, bite size pcs
- Assorted vegetables from salad bar, (cauliflower, broccoli, celery, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, a few sesame seeds
- Other optional add in-ins (sliced water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, Chinese vegetables, Chinese noodles
- Spray skillet with Pam and turn on medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken, stirring constantly, till white (about 5 min).
- Take chicken out.
- Put in about a quarter c. of water and all the vegetables.
- Cook about 2 min, stirring constantly.
- Put chicken back in.
- Put in about 1 Tbsp.
- soy sauce (and another Tbsp.
- of water if it's sticking to the pan).
- Cook and stir another two min.
- Serve over rice or possibly Chinese noodles.
