Lo Cal Chinese Chicken Recipe

  1. Spray skillet with Pam and turn on medium-high heat.
  2. Cook chicken, stirring constantly, till white (about 5 min).
  3. Take chicken out.
  4. Put in about a quarter c. of water and all the vegetables.
  5. Cook about 2 min, stirring constantly.
  6. Put chicken back in.
  7. Put in about 1 Tbsp.
  8. soy sauce (and another Tbsp.
  9. of water if it's sticking to the pan).
  10. Cook and stir another two min.
  11. Serve over rice or possibly Chinese noodles.
