CAULIFLOWER IN MUSHROOM SOUP

• 2 cup water
• 1 tbsp wolfberry
• 1 packages campbell mushroom soup
• 2 cup cauliflower

1. in pan put water and bring to boil then quick blanch cauliflower for 2 minute drain and set aside
2. add campbell soup into the same water stir untill completely disolve then add cauliflower and wolfberry off heat and serve hot
